The transportation hazardous chemicals represented by LNG, LPG, and liquefied hydrocarbons is weak link in traffic safety. aim this study apply digital twin (hereinafter referred as DT) technology whole process handling (including loading unloading) help improve anti-risk ability road networks at all levels. method intended design a monitoring system covering operation visualization, information fusion, cargo tracking, hazard source that based on DT multi-source data acquisition technology. First, areas discussed. Then, designed, including construction, functions, means achieving these functions. Finally, taking procedure LNG an example, we illustrate its four stages.
